20 years of the Lamont Leader
The Lamont Leader celebrates its 20th anniversary this week, having launched on October 3, 2005. Publisher Kerry Anderson faced competition from existing papers but successfully established the Leader with committed staff. Over the years, the paper gained community support, recognized for fair reporting and significant historical tributes, enhancing its local impact.
