Our world will not be the same without Shirley who died unexpectedly November 11, 2025, at the age of 73.
She was born in Vilna, AB to Gordon and Mary Elliott. Shirley will be remembered and missed by her daughter Sherry & Clint Byblow, her cherished grandson’s Dakota, Dylan, Dawson. Her siblings, Linda Tkachyk, Laverne (Leslie) Elliott, Jeanne (Joe) Miller, Lyle (Lillian) Elliott, Perry Elliott, Marcy (Brian) Speers and many relatives and friends.
Shirley has joined her heavenly family, parents Gordon & Mary, sister Donna, brother- in-law Wally Tkachyk, and nephew Scott. After Shirley’s passing, her sister Linda joined her this spring.
Shirley’s death will leave a large void in the lives of those who knew and loved her. She was a loving, kind, hard working, humorous lady who always had a smile for everyone and enjoyed visiting with anyone who happened to stop by. She will be forever in our hearts.
A Celebration of Life will be held for Shirley on Saturday June 6, 2026 @ 2:00 pm at Spilstead Community Hall – 20502 Twp 502 Beaver County, AB.
Light lunch to follow. Following the celebration ceremony, feel free to hang out for awhile. Bring a lawn chair, refreshments and all the laughs and memories that have been shared over the years.
