On Friday, August 28, 2026, Allen Kliachik of Lamont, Alberta suddenly passed away at the age of 68 years.
He is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Iris Kliachik; children Claire and Robert (Sarah); sister Connie Cena; brother-in-law Marvin Eleniak; along with numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends. Allen was predeceased by his parents Michael and Jennie Kliachik; sister Eileen in infancy; brother Gerald; sister Vivian Eleniak; and brother-in-law Joe Cena.
A Divine Liturgy of Christian Burial was held on Monday, September 7, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. at the St. John the Baptist Ukrainian Catholic Church in Lamont, Alberta with Basilian Fathers officiating. Interment followed in the St. Michael the Archangel Roman Catholic Cemetery – St. Michael, Alberta. Memorial donations may be made to “STARS”, “Mazankowski Heart Institute” or the charity of ones choice.
