Red Deer RCMP warn public of high risk child sex offender in community
Alberta RCMP warns the public about the release of Terry Haskell, 73, on June 19, 2026, after serving time for sexual interference. They believe he poses a high risk of reoffending against children and plans to live in Red Deer. Haskell is 5’6” tall, weighs 155 lbs, is bald, and has blue eyes.
