Lamont County a beneficiary of fire training grant funding
The Alberta government has allocated $500,000 to support fire training programs for local firefighters, allowing them to access up-to-date training that meets community needs. Lamont County's Emergency Services Chief, Bo Moore, confirmed the county secured $5,589 to fund NFPA-certified courses, enhancing firefighters' skills and safety.
