The Chipman post office suffered a break-in on Jan. 20.
Fort Saskatchewan RCMP responded to the report where two suspects were scared off by a witness but not before making off with a bag of mail.
No suspects have been arrested. They are described as a female, approximately 5’4″ to 5’6″ wearing a black hoodie, while the second suspect, a male, was described as 5’9″ with dark skin colour wearing a light-coloured hoodie.
The two suspects left the scene in a medium-sized four door sedan.
Additionally, police also received a report of damage done to mailboxes at the Lamont post office on the same day, but no mail was taken.
