Daysland $25/hour
Approximately 3 hours per week (including prep time)
We’re looking for a passionate Early Learning Educator to sup- port children ages 0–5 and their caregivers in a play-based, kindergarten-readiness program. This unique role combines hands-on early learning with caregiver education, helping families understand early literacy development and the “why” behind intentional, developmentally appropriate activities.
Responsibilities include:
Facilitating play-based learning, guiding caregivers in kindergarten readiness, building family relationships, connecting participants with community resources, and providing program reports.
Qualifications:
Certified Teacher or Level 3 ECE preferred.
Experience with children ages 0–5 required. A strong understanding of early childhood development is an asset.
The ideal candidate is community-minded, creative, and believes in intentional play-based learning while empowering caregivers.
