The Family of Marilyn Maertz want to thank the doctors and nurses in Daysland for their care of Marilyn and the doctors and nurses at the Royal Alex ICU, who tried so hard to save Marilyn, then when they realized it was not possible, to care for her with such compassion.
Thank you Susan MacKinnon for leading the service and for your kind words. Thank you Fee & Sons for guiding us through this tough time. The ladies of the Nazarene Church did a great job of preparing and serving the lunch. Thank you!
Thank you to everyone that brought food, cards, and messages of condolences and hugs.
We especially want to thank all our relatives and friends that came to honour Marilyn, to support the family, and to join us as we celebrated Marilyn’s life.
I personally am so proud of our children, their spouses, and our grandchildren for the excellent tribute to Marilyn’s life journey.
Thank you Marilyn, for being you, a wonderful wife, mom, and gramma; for showing us how to live a beautiful life and sharing it with us.
