Answering Phones & Greeting Customers – answering phones will be one of the primary responsibilities of the Admin. Assistant position. We are looking for someone who is friendly, outgoing and represents professional phone skills.
General Office Duties
• Familiarity with Excel & Word is essential
• Photocopying, filing setting up
• Purolator pickups, etc.
• Reconciling the Daily Parts & Service Reports
• Customer Letters
• Accounts Receivable
• Accounts Payable
• Inventory Control
• Special Events
